  • Demystifying therapy for Mpower.

  • Saathi Support groups for grief in collaboration with Faye Dsouza and Mpower the Center (Mumbai).

  • Webinar on dealing with different ethical issues in the field of mental healthcare for psychology interns at Mpower.

  • Panel discussion on the journey of acceptance for LGBTQI+ youth for Aditya Birla World Academy (Mumbai)

  • Panel moderation for Symbiosis Centre for Emotional Wellbeing: Raising Gen Next in the Digital Age (Mumbai)

  • Organised and executed the Mental Health Conclave by Mpower the Centre.

  • I have also contributed insights on body image concerns in India as part of the Dove Youth Advisory Board training, developed and delivered by the DSEP team at the Centre for Appearance Research, UWE Bristol.

Writing

I offer writing services on mental health topics like identity, burnout, feeling stuck, grief, adulting, and the many emotional ups and downs of millennial life, to name a few. 

  • I’ve written a range of articles on mental health for both print and online platforms—including The Times of India (standalone articles and Talk It Out column), Vogue India, The Indian Express, and Healthshots—as well as for internal publications like Godrej’s Change magazine and Mpower’s blog.

  • If you’re looking for thoughtful, relatable pieces on emotional wellbeing, therapy and blend lived experience with clinical insight, I’d love to collaborate.
