I’m a person-centred psychotherapist—which basically means I won’t tell you who to be, but I will help you figure it out. Think of our sessions as a cozy space to explore hard feelings, unpack systemic influences, and make sense of how your past (and present) shape your mental health.
I bring in bits of Gestalt and Emotion-Focused Therapy, along with metaphors, book excerpts (yes, fiction counts!), and articles—because sometimes the right sentence says what we’ve felt all along. I believe therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about understanding you—especially the messy, in-between, ‘grey areas’(because life rarely fits in a neat little box).
I’ve worked with adults across India and the UK, and I draw from both collectivist and individualist cultural lenses. I get how difficult it is to navigate life between cultures, expectations, and systems that don't always make space for you. So whether you're unpacking intergenerational dynamics, identity, burnout, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you sit with discomfort, get curious (not critical), and build the tools to move forward—with empathy.
